Our combat programs will increase your ability to respond offensively and defensively to any situation. Muay Thai Boxing, the world's most effective striking system, will cover stand up fighting tactics and situations. No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu will focus on grappling and especially ground fighting with the goal of gaining a dominant position and using joint lock and choke holds to force an opponent to submit. MMA utilizes judo, jiu jitsu, thai boxing, wrestling and western boxing to produce a combat system that will end any attack or self-defense situation quickly and effectively. Our instructors will teach you how to execute the latest cutting edge techniques and counter techniques.
